Our client located in Shoeburyness is looking for a Yard Person

• Annual Salary: £11.44 per hour, rising to £12.21 from April 1st 2025
• Location: Rochford
• Job Type: Full-time

We are seeking a Yard Person to join our team in Shoeburyness. This role is ideal for someone who is physically fit and has a full UK driving licence. The position involves loading and unloading lorries and requires someone who can manage a fast-paced environment.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Loading and unloading goods from lorries.
• Ensuring that items are securely transported to and from the yard.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good organisational skills.
• Ability to work early hours from 6am to 3pm, Monday to Friday.
• Experience in a similar role would be advantageous but not essential.
