Warehouse and Logistics Opportunity

We are searching for a Logistics Coordinator who would be responsible for coordinating transport requirements to support the supply chain of the business. Working with external logistics companies and utilizing internal resources to manage the movements of various materials between multiple sites.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate transport for supplier collections, returns, and transfers with the supply chain team.
• Handle paperwork for logistics providers (POs, invoice processing).
• Verify shipment invoices with domestic and overseas suppliers.
• Manage warehouse dispatches and ensure correct invoicing for exports.
• Determine suitable transport modes for domestic and international shipments.
• Collaborate with logistics providers for efficient service, ensuring proper paperwork and customs compliance.
• Meet timing requirements within business hours for logistics tasks.
• Update daily trackers and KPI reports using Excel, SharePoint, etc.
• Assist with KPI reporting and budgeting.
• Provide quotations to internal departments.
• Coordinate movement of development and production cars for testing and delivery.
• Manage returnable packaging and coordinate with suppliers.
• Serve as contact for inbound clearance of overseas shipments.
• Oversee company pool car bookings and releases.
• Manage internal van driver activities for optimal time usage.
• Maintain and oversee logistics vehicle upkeep.

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering store environment.
• Some computer literacy required for stock booking transactions.
• Experience in low volume automotive manufacturing preferable.
• Understanding of the different assembly processes and equipment.
• Works well under pressure, works hard to meet strict production targets.
• Ensure compliance with the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy requirements within areas of responsibility.
