Job description

Role: Warehouse Administrator

Location: Letchworth Garden City

Hours: 8.30am - 16:30pm, Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours

Salary: £14.35 - £15.38 an hour, weekly pay

Temporary to Permanent, Immediate Start

OA are currently looking to recruit for an experienced Warehouse Administrator for one of our clients based in Letchworth Garden City.

Our client is looking for an individual that has experience within operations / work order management, knowledge of ERP / WMS systems and an analytical approach.

Duties of a Warehouse Administrator:

  • Managing the forward and reverse logistics processes
  • Liaising with internal teams, suppliers and customers
  • Coordinate maintenance scheduling and assigning work orders
  • Analysis and reporting on Forward & Reverse Logistics data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Tracking and documenting all logistic activities
  • Stock returns
  • Sourcing and procuring spare parts and equipment for the maintenance team

What we would like from you:

  • Previous experience within Warehouse administration / similar role
  • Must have experience of forward and reverse logistics
  • Experience with stock / inventory
  • Excellent communication skills and building relationships
  • Knowledge of ERP / Warehouse Management Systems
  • Ability to prioritise workload efficiently
  • Strong administration skills
