Job description

Uniserve, established 1984, seeks a sharp Warehouse Administrator for our Felixstowe Mega Distribution Centre.

Working pattern: Mon to Fri, 8am to 5pm

You'll:

  • Ensuring that all daily admin tasks are completed in a timely and accurate fashion
  • Assisting with customer service queries via email or telephone
  • Liaising with the transport team to arrange collection or delivery of goods
  • Daily routing of orders using the transport management system
  • Allocating and releasing orders
  • Physically counting and investigating stock queries

You Have:

  • Strong communication (written & verbal).
  • Warehouse Management System/Transportation Management System understanding.
  • MS Office skills (Excel/Word).
  • Logistics/warehouse knowledge.
  • Self-motivation, time management, team spirit.
