An established industry player is seeking a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to join a dedicated team in providing exceptional care to older adults. We have a very exciting opportunity for a Senior Sister/Charge Nurse to join Ward 123 Older Adults Team. The ward has a strong multi-disciplinary team providing care to older adults, taking direct admissions from our Frail Elderly Assessment Unit and Acute Medical Unit.
This successful post holder will work part-time alongside the current Senior Sister to manage and lead the ward. Suitable for an established leader or an aspiring leader that will benefit from working alongside a proven role model and leader.

You will be a registered nurse with an excellent track record of success in leading a team. You will be passionate about patient care and have the foresight and ability to facilitate and sustain change.
You will have evidence of degree level study and recent study development and will be willing to undertake further study to facilitate you in your role. You will require at least 2 years within a senior nursing leadership.
You must be willing to develop the team under your leadership and lead change with confidence and care.
We will provide you with a supportive environment and you will have a mentor within the Division to help you in your role. You will receive support from your own team, with clinicians who are eager and willing to help you with the continued development of this ward.
