Job description

Role:
Do you enjoy a walk around our lovely countryside and have a few hours spare each month? Vision Norfolk (formerly the Norfolk and Norwich Association for the Blind) supports people living with sight loss in our county to lead active and independent lives. They are currently looking for volunteers in North Norfolk who enjoy walking and would be interested in supporting others to also enjoy short walks around the countryside. The walks provide a great opportunity to get some exercise, fresh air, and to enjoy meeting others, and there may even be cake!

Full training and support is provided for all volunteers.

Time commitment:
Dependent on length of walks. The walks, which are between 1-3 miles, take place in various locations around North Norfolk on the third Wednesday of each month.

Vision Norfolk (formerly the Norfolk and Norwich Association for the Blind) supports people living with sight loss in our county to lead active and independent lives. They offer support groups, equipment, and advice for those who need that extra guidance.
