Job Description:

Breakfast Shift waiting staff required at Cabra castle hotel, Kingscourt Co. Cavan.

Join our team and elevate your hospitality career with amazing progression opportunities.

Shifts: 06.30 - 14.30, 07.00 - 15.00, or 09.00 - 17.00.

  • Report for duty on time and in the correct uniform as outlined in the induction handbook, maintaining a clean and neat appearance at all times.
  • Ensure your assigned area is fully prepared for service, including table setups, cleaning, and stock checks.
  • Follow all hygiene regulations to ensure safe handling and serving of food and beverages.
  • Ensure that meals and beverages are served efficiently, with minimum delay and in a manner that respects the hotel's standards of quality.
  • Assist in restaurant, Granary, and function room setup, ensuring the area is ready for guests.

Main requirements for waiting staff:

  • Permission to reside and work in Ireland.
  • Full-time availability throughout the academic year - any shifts.
  • Age 18 years plus for bar positions.
  • Ability to commute independently.
