Waiting Staff

Our client is seeking an experienced events waiting staff member for their location in the beautiful Argyll & Bute area. This is a temporary position between the 29th of April and 6th of May with live in accommodation and travel provided.

Responsibilities in your new role as Waiting Staff

As a Waiting Staff member, you will set tables with precision, ensuring the alignment and correct placement of cutlery, glassware, and napkins. You will employ the silver service technique to serve dishes with elegance and foster a professional, courteous atmosphere by anticipating guest needs. Your duties will also include offering recommendations and correctly serving drinks, maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times, ensuring smooth transitions between courses, and assisting in private events, banquets, and upscale dining experiences.

Your personality, experience and qualifications

We are looking for individuals with previous experience in high-level events and a passion for delivering exceptional service. A valid driving license is essential as the role may require travel between locations.
