Full-time Waiter/Waitress
Lita Marylebone is looking to recruit an experienced waiter or waitress to join the team. The successful candidate will have a background of service and hospitality, looking to further and develop their career by working alongside a prestigious collaboration of individuals with decades of experience across all walks of hospitality. This is a truly unique opportunity for a candidate looking to grow alongside a new company to London; who bring an extensive portfolio of 20 successful independent restaurants globally.
The Restaurant
Lita is the brand-new, 80 pax restaurant conceptualised by Irish chef Luke Ahearne, formerly Head Chef at Corrigans Mayfair. Lita brings elevated dining to London’s culinary scene with a produce-driven, seasonal menu that celebrates flavours of southern Europe, all cooked on the fire grill in the restaurant's open kitchen.

The Role
- To work alongside and support the existing team in evolving the front of house service.
- Experience in fine dining would be an advantage; but so long as you have the character, enthusiasm and work ethic, we can train the rest.
- Running food and taking orders is a prerequisite; but we need a clear understanding and knowledge of the food in order to engage guests with confidence; this will be trained.
- The ability to think independently and to help in other departments when occasionally required, such as jumping onto reception in the absence of a host, or changing the toilet roll and emptying the hand-towels when the cleaner has gone home.
- To enjoy your job and reflect that enjoyment onto the floor with customers.
