Waiter / Waitress

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Waiter/Waitresses full-time to join our team in our Goodge Street branch. Our restaurants are dynamic and busy, specializing in fresh pasta and Italian wines. The perfect Waiter/Waitress should have excellent customer service skills, greet customers in a polite and friendly manner, provide them with menus, and suggest daily/weekly specials. They are also the point of contact for bills and return of any funds.

Some of the main duties and responsibilities of a Waiter include:

1. Greeting customers as they settle down at the restaurant tables and introducing them to the menus.
2. Taking orders.
3. Inquiring if the customers are satisfied, giving bills, and processing payments.
4. Operating the bar and coffee section.
5. Attending regular meetings with restaurant and kitchen managers to find out about menu changes and specials.
6. Training new waiting staff.
7. General cleaning.
