About the Role
As a Chef de Rang / section waiter, you’ll be responsible for managing your section in the restaurant, delivering outstanding service, and working closely with the F&B Operations Manager, Senior Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Assistant Restaurant Manager. The role involves 43 hours per week, including a mix of straight and split shifts, ensuring smooth dining operations for every guest. This role will include all the standard chef de rang duties.
Your Background
We’re looking for candidates with prior experience in a fine dining or luxury hospitality environment. If you’re passionate about guest service, detail-oriented, and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, this role is perfect for you. You will either be a chef de rang or section waiter.
