THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for a VP of Generative AI Solutions to help us scale and refine our customer experience as we continue Leah's unprecedented growth. This is not just a high-level strategy role - this is for a leader who is hands-on, deeply involved in execution, and ready to build a high-performing function that enables program success at scale. This role is specifically related to our generative AI legal platform, Leah.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and scale customer solutions - Build and manage a team responsible for customer and enterprise system integration.
  • Own the customer journey from signature to go-live - Lead the team responsible for seamless customer onboarding of Leah Intelligence, ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to full deployment. You'll oversee the end-to-end process, ensuring customers are set up for long-term success with our technology. Ensure a seamless transition post-go-live to the Customer Success Team.
  • Be in the trenches - Work alongside the team, teaching and guiding them through complex implementations while driving scalable, repeatable processes.
  • Enable a partner-led approach - Collaborate with our partners; Big4 firms, ALSPs, and others to ensure they are fully equipped to deliver seamless solutions for our customers.
  • Engage at all levels - Drive executive-level conversations internally and externally, working closely with the SVP of AI Programs to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Refine our onboarding and integration frameworks - Continue to evolve our methodologies to support rapid customer adoption and long-term success.
  • Simplify complexity - Design and implement best practices for integrations, ensuring technology deployments are smooth, scalable, and future-proof.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally - Work with product, engineering, customer success, and sales teams to align technology, business processes, and customer needs.
  • Leverage AI and prompt engineering - Apply advanced AI strategies to enhance our customer solutions, ensuring our technology is optimized for real-world use cases.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in customer solutions, technical integration, or a similar function, with at least 10 years leading high-performing teams.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise technology implementations, particularly in legal tech, AI, or SaaS environments.
  • Strong expertise in prompt engineering and AI-driven technology solutions.
  • A track record of working with large enterprise customers (Fortune 500, government, or similar).
  • A deep understanding of complex integrations, business processes, and how to translate technical solutions for both technical and business audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate executive conversations while also mentoring and guiding internal teams.
  • Consulting experience in a technical project management or implementation role is a plus.
