Vocational Tutor/Teacher/Coach
up to £28,000 pro rata (£16,800 for 3 days per week)

Key Responsibilities
- Inspire and Educate: Inspire and motivate learners.
- Assess And Empower: Assess learners' needs and empower them.
- Shape the Curriculum: Contribute to curriculum development.
- Support And Mentor: Provide support and mentorship to learners.
- Stay on Track: Ensure learners stay on track with their goals.
- Collaborate For Success: Work collaboratively with colleagues.
- Never Stop Learning: Engage in continuous professional development.
Essential Requirements:- PTLLS or equivalent qualification.
- A passion for inspiring and supporting learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong learner engagement.
- Solid IT skills for maintaining learner records.
Desirable:- Experience as an Employability Tutor (a plus, but not essential).
