Job Title: Vocational Coach for Café Provision

Location: David Lewis

Job Type: Full time – 37.5 hours per week

Do you have a passion for coffee, customer service, and making a real difference?

We are looking for a Vocational Coach to lead and enable the People We Support in running our on-site café! The café offers a breakfast service and a bustling lunch service, catering to the people we support, their families, visitors, and employees, all expertly prepared by our skilled onsite chefs.

What You’ll Be Doing:

1. Teaching barista skills and customer service excellence.
2. Helping individuals gain confidence with money handling and till operation.
3. Managing stock, keeping the café running smoothly.
4. Encouraging teamwork, communication, and personal development.
5. Introducing digital skills for online ordering systems.
6. Making the café a welcoming space for everyone.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience or qualifications in Hospitality, Vocational Coaching, or a related field (a plus but not essential).
2. A positive, proactive, and energetic approach to coaching.
3. Great organisation, teamwork, and communication skills.
4. A commitment to active support and co-production.
