VMware Consultant (SC cleared)

Our client in Farnborough is looking for a VMware Consultant with strong experience of VMware NSX-T. This person is needed for a 15 days assignment to help with migration from NSX-V to NSX-T.

Strong experience in VMware NSX-T - Consult, VMware NSX-T - Design, VMware NSX-T - Implement is essential.

Please note that valid SC clearance is required for this role.

The role:

1. Review and discover the current NSX-V environment configuration.
2. Create the design and planning documentation for the NSX-V to NSX-T migration.
3. Review and obtain customer signature on the design and migration plan.
4. Deploy NSX-T Manager VMs.
5. Create IP pool.
6. Deploy NSX-T Edges.
7. Import, resolve and migration configuration.
8. Migrate NSX-V Edges.
9. Migrate ESXi Hosts.
10. Run standard testing for the solution.
