VMWare Architect, VCD, NSX-T, Wiltshire, 5 Weeks+, SC REQUIRED!, Outside IR35, £Good

We are seeking a highly skilled VMWare Cloud Director Architect to join the team to support a series of upcoming projects. The Architect will be responsible for the build of a design for the deployment of vCD 10.x, as well as being hands on in the overseeing of the deployment. The role will require a mix of both onsite and remote engagements, so the successful candidate will need to be comfortable and flexible with working in a hybrid work environment. Onsite work may be required in Wiltshire, in the South West of England. You will also need to be SC cleared.

The Role:

• Develop the design and technical documentation for the deployment of VMWare Cloud Director (vCD 10.x)
• Lead the integration of NSX-T into the vCD environment
• Integration with AVI Load Balancer (AVI LB) in a vCD environment is also advantageous to have.
• Liaising with multiple customers to ensure successful design and deployment, ensuring a mix of onsite and remote interactions.

The Person:

• SC Clearance is required
• Strong Expertise in VMWare Cloud Director (vCD), with strong emphasis in vCD 10.x
• Experience with NSX-T integration with vCD is essential.
• Familiarity with AVI Load Balancer (AVI LB) is highly advantageous
• Excellent customer facing and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong Documentation and Reporting skills also essential.
