About THE ROLE

The PVH Visual Merchandising team is responsible for creating and implementing the visual displays in our showrooms, events, and stores across Region North. They act as brand guardians, maintaining the look and feel while protecting the strong visual and globally recognised brand aesthetics.

The VM Coordinator is responsible for implementing the visual direction, following brand guidelines in your area of stores, and making changes to suit the local market and environment as necessary. They support and maintain the visual standards across all Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein locations in their area, ensuring world-class window displays and adapting styling to suit local market and stock allocation.

Working closely with the Senior VM Coordinator and the VM Manager, the VM Coordinator prioritises tasks and manages daily planning and store visits.

Responsibilities include:

Creative

  • Be aware of visual direction provided by Amsterdam head office and use it effectively to enforce the Region North vision.
  • Ensure mannequins are installed and styled correctly, including composition and positioning.
  • Dress windows in the given area of stores to accepted brand standards.
  • Adapt styling to suit local market/stock package or buy.
  • Refresh the layout of the floors across all doors regularly.
  • Ensure all imagery and Point of Sales (POS) are current, correctly sized, and in good condition.
  • Work alongside and develop in-store teams to ensure they understand the standards and vision for Visual Merchandising.
  • Ensure the majority of doors in the given area sit in the “progress and elevate” category, at least 50%.

Planning and Organisation

  • Know and understand the Visual Merchandising schedule for the year ahead.
  • Create a daily schedule ensuring regular visits to all doors.
  • Plan ahead, including group training days on and off site.
  • Ensure regular communication to the area of stores.
  • Plan visits ahead to ensure relevant store team’s availability for coaching.
  • Attend local market training with the VM manager.
  • Liaise with the Senior VM Coordinator and VM Manager for support.
  • Organise and deliver all Visual Merchandising kit for your area.

Communication

  • Maintain a close working relationship with the team, sharing relevant information.
  • Maintain regular communication with the stores in your area, offering advice and support.
  • Ensure all doors in your area receive all Visual Merchandising directives and updates.
  • Ensure a close relationship with Operations and Area Managers.
  • Liaise with Buying and Merchandising teams on deliveries, stock issues, and feedback.

About YOU

  • You have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Visual Merchandising field role.
  • You have a creative/retail background.
  • You have window/styling experience from a previous role.
  • You have strong project management skills and can work at pace.
  • You Stay Curious and Take Ownership by using initiative.
  • You’re creative and Act with Purpose to get results.
  • You have good competitor and market knowledge.
