The Visualisation Coordinator is a motivated and proactive team player with strong communication and organisational skills. Operating across multiple areas of Pre-Production including Previs, Postvis, Realtime and Virtual Production, you will play a crucial role in supporting Producers, Supervisors and Artists by coordinating resources, managing the flow of information, and facilitating the delivery of materials both internally, within Framestore, and to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Key day-to-day artist and client liaison for show-related work
- Ensure production tracking documents including schedules, group lists, calendars, and databases are updated daily with notes and critical information.
- Take, log, and distribute accurate notes and follow up on information as needed.
- Log, track and follow up on Support tickets
- Work with Production and Supervisors to identify workflow and process improvements.
- Support Producers and Supervisors to track and manage artists’ workload on a project basis
- Track and help manage artists’ workloads and weekly targets and ensure assignments, statuses and dates are accurate.
- Work with the LP or Producer to maintain accurate and deliverable schedules
- Provide accurate actuals reports
- Anticipate and communicate potential production issues to Producers
- Organise client deliveries
- Compile weekly reports to distribute internally
- Arrange key meetings including dailies, client reviews, and project post-mortems.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanour
- Assist Production with additional ad hoc duties as required
- Potential to support on-set where necessary
Minimum Requirements:
- Understanding of Visualisation, as a key part of the VFX workflow
- Previous experience as Visualisation, Animation or VFX coordinator
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Some onset experience is beneficial
- Strong knowledge of Office and Google Work apps specifically communicating data through efficient spreadsheets.
- Production experience using Shotgun/Shotgrid.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks
- Ability to remain calm when under pressure
- Desire to work within a creative and fast-paced environment
