We're looking for a Visual Merchandising Manager. As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will oversee all store/franchise visual merchandising activities and create Vivo guidelines for our teams. You'll ensure outstanding in-store execution, adhering to timelines and budgets.

You’ll be amazing at cross-functional teamwork and will be all about the detail. You’ll also be commercially astute and know what works.

This role will shape the future of Visual Merchandising for Vivo globally, and you’ll need experience in delivering training across multiple territories. This role is all about being hands-on and supporting and coaching in-store teams while bringing to life the brand's vision.

This role will serve as the crucial link between the Retail, Wholesale, and Franchise store VM teams and because of that you need to be a world class communicator to ensure we establish the foundation for Vivo 3.0 (more on that at interview) by providing inspiring guidance to store teams and franchise partners.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Ensuring the successful implementation of Vivo's visual merchandising strategy across our retail estate
  • Managing the brand calendar to ensure retail assets are delivered to stores with key guidelines on placement and installation
  • Coaching store VM teams to ensure all our stores exemplify Vivo's DNA and culture to the highest standard
  • Identify training needs across Retail, Wholesale, and Franchise VM teams. Create VM training materials aligned with brand strategy
  • Provide a detailed weekly update, including photographs, to key partners
  • Provide hands-on visual merchandising support to teams, addressing areas for improvement and development with an agile, proactive approach
  • Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external teams to acquire accurate information on shop fittings, product ranges, POS strategy, and styling principles
  • Driving commercial success through VM practices

ALL ABOUT YOU

  • Experience in opening new stores across multiple territories and various retail formats
  • Experience in creating brand guidelines as well as experience in rolling them out across multiple territories and retail/wholesale channels
  • Fantastic experience in a VM Manager or Lead role before ideally from an industry that is aligned with us
  • World class communicator – you’ll be confident speaking with people in lots of different roles and locations
  • You’ll love the detail and will be experienced in putting together updates that take a deep dive
