Job Description:

This is a permanent position offering 39 hours per week. The position is based in the H&M Uxbridge store.

As a Visual Merchandiser, you are responsible for maintaining and creating an environment that inspires our customers to explore their personal style. You will implement the visual identity, drive routines, and support the team to deliver a customer-first experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store in achieving a customer-first experience through creating a visual identity according to H&M guidelines.
  • Coach and develop the team on visual and commercial knowledge.
  • Ensure safety, security, and administration procedures are always followed.
  • Follow up on store KPIs and initiate actions to reach business targets, goals, and budgets.

Qualifications:

We are looking for people who have:

  • Visual merchandising and management experience.
  • A passion for profitability and people.
  • A customer-first mindset.

Additional Information:

Availability: 7 days fully flexible, weekends included.
