Visual Merchandiser Operations Manager, Hackett & Façonnable

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations or supplier management, preferably within the retail or visual merchandising sector.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage complex projects across multiple regions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable liaising with stakeholders at all levels.

• Hands-on approach and willingness to attend site setups and activations in the UK and EU.

• Creative problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude.

Location Requirements

The role is UK-based due to the necessity of close collaboration with the creative team and increased client-facing responsibilities. Regular travel to EU regions will be required for supplier meetings, store visits, and project setups.
