Job description

A brand new role as our In House VM based at our Macpac Everton Park store overseeing Visual Merchandising for the region. You will be responsible for delivering a positive customer journey & seamless store navigation.

Reporting to the Visual Merchandiser Coordinator, the key responsibilities will include:

1. Working in a fast-paced environment to produce VM solutions for our store of the highest standard.
2. Training and developing our team members to produce excellent visual merchandising outcomes (supervisory or leadership experience highly regarded).
3. Collaborating with the Store Manager and VM leaders in our business to carry out campaigns and ensure VM objectives are met.
4. Working as part of a team to ensure our customers have an excellent in-store experience, with safety being at the forefront of everything we do.

About you

1. You have strong experience in visual merchandising apparel within a store environment.
2. You have the ability and motivation to provide guidance and training to a team.
3. Your exceptional communication skills will enable you to work with stakeholders at all levels.
4. You are a team player, who has an eye for detail with a creative flair.
