We're looking for a talented Visual Merchandiser to join our Ecommerce team at PrettyLittleThing, where you'll combine data-driven insights with a keen eye for design to optimise our online product presentation and drive conversions. About the Role:

As a Visual Merchandiser, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our online product assortment, category details, and website merchandising are maximised to boost conversions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll oversee the seamless upload and visual merchandising process while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Oversee the visual presentation of products online, working with the Ecommerce team to ensure that all product assets are complete.
• Conduct weekly competitor reviews, sharing insights with the visual merchandising team.
• Collaborate with Buying, Merchandising, and Marketing to optimise visual merchandising while using reporting tools to push the right products at the right time.
• Merchandise products to maximise sales and enhance site aesthetics within brand guidelines.
• Conduct full site audits to ensure accurate product display across the site.
• Analyse onsite search behaviour and make adjustments to product displays on search pages to increase conversions.
• Actively monitor product sorting within categories and search results.
• Support the VM team with larger business projects.
• Assist in identifying efficiencies and developing strategies to improve processes and deliver team objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, ideally in fashion or retail.
• A strong understanding of user behaviour and the ecommerce landscape.
• Analytical skills and commercial acumen to drive results.
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines, even while working independently.
• A proactive, can-do attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Bloomreach and Google Analytics is a plus.
