VISUAL MERCHANDISER
Location: Primark White City, London
Salary: £14.02 per hour

Job type: Full Time (Flexible shifts on Rota Basis)
Contracted hours: 37.5 per week
Working pattern: Varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends - all will be discussed at interview
Purpose of Role:
- To be an ambassador for Visual Merchandising within store.
- Implement and deliver an inspiring visual proposition for the Primark brand, to enhance the customer experience and to maximise sales through visual techniques.
Reports to: Visual Merchandising Manager / Visual Merchandising Supervisor / Store Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with VM Manager / VM Supervisor / Store Manager to deliver VM look and feel across the store.
- Influence and guide store teams.
- Lead by example and aim to be seen as an expert within the store.
Brand:
- Implement campaigns in a timely and effective manner as instructed by company guidelines and in line with instructions from VM Manager / VM Supervisor / Store Manager.
- Knowledgeable of product range, equipment, stock density, and linear efficiencies to influence decision making in store.
- Implement the Store of Excellence standard within your store.
Operations:
- Managing the POS.
- Work with store management teams to implement floor moves.
- Liaise with store management to ensure effective stock maintenance relating to VM displays (planning, awareness of stock availability, and ordering systems).
