Location: Primark Cheltenham

Salary: £12.60 per hour

Employment Type: Permanent

Job type: Full time

Contracted hours: 37.5 per week

Working pattern: Varied shifts including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends between operating hours of 6am-6pm, working 5 out of 7 days a week - all will be discussed at interview.

Role Overview
As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be the creative ambassador for visual merchandising in your store. You will deliver an inspiring visual proposition for the Primark brand to enhance the customer experience and maximize sales.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the visual proposition across the store.
2. Work with the Visual Merchandising Manager/Store Manager to deliver high visual standards that exceed customer expectations.
3. Collaborate to drive sales through strong merchandising, window schemes, mannequin styling, point of sale, and product layout while adhering to Primark's guidelines.

Qualifications
You'll have previous retail and visual merchandising experience. Your eye for detail, fashion trends, and style will be exceptional as will your flair for the creative aspect of the role.
