Job Title: Virtual Learning Delivery Lead

Hours: Full-time, 36 hours

Job Status: Fixed Term to 31st March 2026 (potential to extend)

Location: Home-based, with expectation of travel nationally where required

Salary: £50,311.15 per annum

Closing Date: Tuesday 15th April 2025

Skills for Care is the strategic workforce development and planning body for adult social care in England. Skills for Care has an exciting opportunity for a learning and development professional to join our wider Workforce Learning and Development Team as a National Lead, managing the delivery of our virtual learning environment / learning management system.


You will be responsible for delivering on an exciting portfolio of strategic activity designed to:


  1. Improve and expand our learning and development offer for the sector.
  2. Lead on the delivery of our virtual learning environment / learning management system.
  3. Develop our learning solutions specifically linked to e-learning and virtual learning outcomes.

We will consider secondments and job shares as part of this recruitment process.
