Shift: 12 hours a day, 3 days a week (Friday to Sunday)
Rate: Php 35,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Manage job postings, facilitate candidate communications, schedule interviews, and conduct preliminary interview sessions to streamline the recruitment process.
Placement Coordination: Ensure smooth facilitation of caregiver placements, monitor ongoing assignments, and address any operational challenges that arise to maintain high standards of service delivery.
Client Interaction: Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and handle contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial agreements are reached and maintained with healthcare facilities.
Coverage: The role requires availability from 8 PM to 7 AM (New York time), offering flexibility to adapt to company operational needs and emergency situations.
Financial Management: Assist in managing financial tasks including payroll processing, invoicing, and bookkeeping to ensure financial operations are accurate and executed in a timely manner.
Key Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative support or similar roles, preferably within the healthcare or recruitment sectors.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional demeanor in client interactions.
Proficiency in financial management and familiarity with payroll and accounting software.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Flexible and adaptable to meet the dynamic needs of the company and its clients.
