VIP Travel Designer

We are seeking an experienced VIP Travel Designer to join a dynamic and fun team and embark on a rewarding journey in the world of luxury travel sales! This extremely exciting role is perfect for a driven travel sales professional from a tour operator background with experience in arranging bespoke travel to VIPs.

Our client is an established travel company that offers curating extraordinary travel experiences to destinations around the world. From the turquoise lagoons of Bora Bora to the ancient ruins of Greece, our passionate travel experts can wow even the most discerning of travellers.

VIP Travel Designer Duties:

• Design customised European and Worldwide luxury travel packages that meet the unique needs and desires of each HNWC.
• Engage with clients via phone and email to understand their travel preferences and interests.
• Provide expert advice on destinations, accommodations, activities, and travel logistics.
• Handle inquiries, bookings, and reservations through various communication channels.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, travel regulations, and destination information.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless travel experiences for our clients.

VIP Travel Designer Essential Requirements

• Previous experience in a sales role in the UK-based luxury travel industry handling HNWC for travel is imperative.
• Passion for travel and a desire to share your enthusiasm with others.
• Interest in luxury travel destinations, hotels, and experiences.
• You need to enjoy and thrive in a fast-paced, flexible, and entrepreneurial environment.
• Ability to express yourself enthusiastically and eloquently both over the phone and over email, providing an inspiring experience for our clients.
