The Role

Dexerto is on the hunt for a talented Video Editor & Producer to join our team. You’ll play a key role in maximising the reach of our content across social platforms, working with a dynamic team to produce, edit, and publish engaging video content tailored for digital audiences.

What You Will Do

• As a Producer:
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, develop, and structure compelling long-form video concepts.
  • Assist in scripting and planning for video content published across Dexerto’s platforms.
  • Coordinate with talent and internal departments to ensure smooth production workflows.
  • Stay plugged into trends across YouTube, TikTok, and digital storytelling to keep our content fresh and relevant.
• As an Editor:
  • Identify standout moments from Dexerto Originals to create engaging, monetisable social clips.
  • Edit videos in various formats (vertical, landscape, IG) for X, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more.
  • Generate on-brand captions and publish across Dexerto’s channels.
  • Work with the Head of Social and Head of Production to analyse content performance and optimise output.
