Equation Recruitment is working with a dynamic and growing IT company that has been providing cutting-edge IT solutions and managed services across the UK for the past 16 years. We are now looking for a creative and detail-oriented Videographer / Video Editor to join the team and help expand our video content, including podcasts and tech-related projects.

Location: Bicester, Oxfordshire
Salary: £26,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
Job Type: Full-time, on-site

Your Role:

1. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for promotional, educational, and internal use
2. Operate cameras, set up lighting, and manage audio recording to ensure professional-quality production
3. Edit videos with precision, adding effects, graphics, and sound to enhance engagement
4. Collaborate with the IT team to produce compelling video content, including podcasts and tech-related media

What We're Looking For:

1. Proven experience in video production, shooting, and editing
2. Proficiency in camera operation and lighting setups
3. Strong skills in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
4. Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and storytelling
5. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
6. Knowledge of audio recording and editing (a plus)
