We are consistently ranked among the top ten universities in the world and are one of only a handful of institutions rated as having the strongest academic reputation. We are ambitious for change and are committed to taking ever bolder and more impactful interventions towards becoming a more diverse, equitable and inclusive university.

We are looking to appoint an ambitious and visionary leader as Vice-Provost (Education and Student Experience), a significant leadership appointment reporting directly to UCL’s President & Provost. This key appointment will ensure that UCL’s diverse and talented student body maximises its potential by championing excellence in education, fostering innovative teaching, and advancing co-curricular learning.

As Vice Provost (Education and Student Experience), you will further develop and improve UCL’s education strategy, driving curriculum development and reform, leading all institutional education related innovation and initiatives. Working closely with senior leadership and across all 11 faculties, professional services, and the Students’ Union, you will build successful partnerships that strengthen collaboration, drive institutional change, and improve student satisfaction and academic outcomes.

This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of education at UCL and requires an inspiring leader with a highly developed strategic mindset and a track record of success in a complex, high performing institution. You will have deep expertise in pedagogical innovation, curriculum strategy, and student experience combined with a proven ability to successfully champion, inspire and deliver educational transformation at scale.
