Salary: L16 £72,162 - L20 £79,475
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Start Date: September 2025

We are recruiting on behalf of a newly established secondary school in South Bristol for a Vice Principal (Behaviour and Attitudes). This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping a thriving school community from the ground up.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a strategic vision for behaviour and attitudes across the academy.
  • Lead and support a skilled pastoral team to ensure a positive and respectful culture.
