Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vice President to join our clients Real Estate Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will play a key role in transaction execution, financial modelling, and providing strategic advisory services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading global financial institution and contribute to high-profile real estate transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage transaction execution processes, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to support transaction analysis and decision-making.
• Provide strategic advisory services to clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) within the UK real estate sector.
• Collaborate with financial sponsors and other stakeholders to structure and execute financing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to senior management and clients.
• Mentor and develop junior team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in investment banking, with a focus on real estate.
• Proven track record in transaction execution and financial modelling.
• Extensive experience in UK M&A transactions and working with financial sponsors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
