The position works globally, and scheduling flexibility is required to allow for regular meetings and connectivity with colleagues in the Americas, APAC, and EMEA time zones.

The successful candidate will be part of the Project Canyon team within Global HR (GHR) and undertake a 12-month assignment supporting the Global HR Operating Model Transformation as a member of the Offshoring workstream. The role will work closely with the Offshore Lead, as well as with Global Process Owners (GPOs), Global PMO (GHR), MUFG Global Services (MGS), Risk, Compliance, and GEO (Global Efficiency Office). Key responsibilities of the role include:
Serve as a project and documentation manager for GHR’s Offshoring portfolio. Primary focus will be on facilitating the transition of GHR services and underlying processes to MGS, including developing and managing project plans and timelines, tracking progress, completing necessary documentation, managing reviews and approvals, and identifying and addressing risks and issues. Additionally, serve as a project and documentation manager for overall GHR data privacy guideline updates required to enable the GHR target operating model. Lead overall project management and provide guidance and oversight to a team of two in the completion of cross border, regional (Americas, APAC, and EMEA) data management privacy reviews and approvals for offshoring and global roles. Execute regional Third-Party Risk Management review and approval processes.

The compensation and benefits information in this posting applies to candidates hired in the United States. Candidates hired outside of the United States will be eligible for compensation and benefits consistent with the local market.
The typical base pay range for this role is between $110,000 - $155,000 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
