The Role

We're seeking a VP of Operations to transform how we deliver care across the UK. You’ll lead the strategic evolution of our clinical operations, blending technology, data, and scalable process design to provide exceptional, margin-positive care at scale. In this role you will:

  1. Design and lead Oviva’s UK clinical delivery strategy to drive scale, revenue, and margin growth.
  2. Own national and regional NHS contract delivery, ensuring milestone success and SLA excellence.
  3. Partner with Product & Engineering to build automation-first tools that streamline care workflows.
  4. Lead the shift to asynchronous, tech-enabled care, boosting clinician capacity and reducing friction.
  5. Build and empower a top-tier leadership team, driving a culture of ownership and data-led decisions.
  6. Champion agile change at scale, evolving how we work, lead, and grow during rapid expansion.
  7. Foster psychological safety, inclusivity, and team engagement across a diverse clinical workforce.
  8. Run Oviva UK’s operational heartbeat - quarterly planning, performance cadence, and OKRs.
  9. Shape board and investor insights, bringing strategic clarity on operational health and scaling success.
  10. Drive end-to-end transformation, blending innovation with execution to redefine digital healthcare.

About You

  1. Proven leadership in large-scale, complex healthcare environments, with 200+ FTEs under your guidance.
  2. A strong commercial mindset, balancing care quality with revenue and performance in contract-based or value-based care models.
  3. Systems-thinking at scale, with experience designing and evolving operating models across national or international footprints.
  4. Data-savvy decision-making, using financial models and productivity tools to drive strategic clarity and action.
  5. Confidence in transformation, with a clear track record of leading change through ambiguity and growth.
  6. A tech-forward approach, introducing automation, workflow tools, or platform-based care to scale delivery and impact.
