Job description

Vice President M&A Industrials

Our M&A Advisory practice assists middle-market companies and is differentiated by industry expertise and superior deal execution.

Responsibilities:

  1. Work on a variety of corporate finance transactions in all stages, from initial client pitches to transaction closing.
  2. Communicate regulatory, financial information and complex strategic issues in a clear, concise and relevant manner to assist and guide decision-makers in corporate finance transactions.
  3. Market services both to internal partners and external clients, develop client networks, and support efforts in developing and executing sales and marketing strategies.
  4. Ensure quality of client deliverables by having a strong attention to detail.
  5. Mentor and develop staff - analysts and junior associates.
  6. Be assigned a wide variety of projects and given as much responsibility as experience and capabilities permit.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 6 years’ experience at a bulge bracket, reputable boutique or corporate finance advisory firm with demonstrable M&A execution experience.
  2. Demonstrated experience managing day-to-day aspects of client relationships, transactions, and projects in the Industrials sector.
  3. Strong desire to be involved in originating work for the Industrials sector and networking to help build on the firm’s strong sector franchise.
  4. Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.
  5. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
