We’re seeking a Vice President, Data Quality Analyst to join our functional team. This role is located in Manchester via hybrid in-office work arrangement.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Partner with stakeholders in Product, Operations, and Enterprise Data Management to advance the maturity of the Issuer Services data management framework.
- Help establish enterprise and business level data principles, standards, and guidelines on behalf of the Issuer Services Data Office.
- Represent the Issuer Services Data Office in enterprise-wide data initiatives.
- Develop an understanding of key data attributes required by Issuer Services products and business processes. Implement processes and controls to improve quality and usability.
- Review, recommend, and execute best practices to drive continuous data management improvements.
- Serve as a resource for data governance-related questions and guide resolutions.
- Work collaboratively with the business and technology teams to conduct analysis and produce detailed project artifacts including requirements documents, data roadmaps, and other analysis documentation.
- Support the evolution, execution, and connectivity of data governance tools and technologies to support data governance initiatives.
- Regularly assess and refine data governance processes and policies in line with industry best practices to promote continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate management expertise and exercise influence to identify, evaluate, and recommend potential objectives to support the delivery of data management services.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:- Strong stakeholder management and people skills, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities under pressure.
- Strong analytical and management skills, familiar with Agile methodology and played an active role in scrums such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and execution.
- Experience in data governance and data management with strong knowledge of best practices.
- Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
- Expertise in managing data and processes in a global enterprise environment with an understanding of database and schema design.
- Excellent communication, both in listening and conveying messages to a wide range of stakeholder groups.
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, with an ability to develop creative and structured solutions.
- Ability to influence relevant parties to ensure milestones are met.
- Project management via Agile execution methodology.
- People Leadership, able to inspire and build momentum across a global team while also being a team player.
Technical proficiencies: MS Office, Collibra, Solidatus.
Banking or Financial Services experience, especially that pertaining to corporate trust or related issuer services preferred.
