We are excited to announce an opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join our team at Knox and Devlin Veterinary Surgeons.
Offering a competitive salary of up to £60k FTE (depending on experience), along with a comprehensive benefits package, this part-time, permanent position offers between 24-30 hours per week.
The role…
We are ideally looking for an experienced vet to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be seeking a consult-only role, with an interest in small animal medicine. We are happy to offer flexible hours (24-30 per week) and shift patterns.
We have an enthusiastic team of 6 vets with a range of experience and interests, from dermatology to surgery, but, ideally, the addition of someone with internal medicine interests would complete the team.
Why us?
We have 20-minute consults, allowing time to work cases up. We work 1 in 6 Saturdays consulting only until 1:30pm and these hours are given in lieu the following week. Shift patterns are arranged to allow protected lunch breaks and not booking up to the end of the shift to allow you to leave on time.
Whaley Bridge is a friendly village located on the edge of the Peak District with easy access to the countryside for those that have a keen interest in outdoor pursuits. We also have convenient links to Manchester, both the city and the airport, by regular bus and train services for those who enjoy travelling or nights out in the city.
Knox and Devlin also have plans to relocate to purpose-built premises in the near future.
As part of CVS, you'll be entitled to a wealth of benefits including CPD support and access to our knowledge hub so that you can stay up to date with new developments through continuous professional development.
