About The Role

Our fantastic Barton Veterinary Centre in Lincolnshire is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to join their elite and independent practice.

The position suits a Receptionist who takes pride in delivering the ultimate client experience with a network of excellent Vets, Nurses, and Support teams to hand.

This is a part-time position. We can be flexible on hours and days offered - we just ask that every Friday is covered (8.30am-7pm).

There is a 1:4 Saturday rota 8.30am-1pm.

Your average day could include:

  • Answering the phone and booking appointments in a friendly, efficient, and caring manner.
  • Helping direct clients to the clinic.
  • Answering emails and enquiries.
  • Ensuring Facebook messages are responded to.
  • Scanning documents to patients' files.
  • Taking payment at the time of treatment.
  • Advising clients of our Healthcare plan.
  • Processing/logging Insurance Claims.
  • Handling and restraining patients.
