Here at Carmel Veterinary Centre, we are currently recruiting for a friendly and approachable Veterinary Receptionist to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. The ideal candidate will be courteous, have excellent organisational and communication skills, be self-motivated, integrate well as part of the team, be computer proficient and have the ability to multi-task. Previous receptionist experience in a veterinary setting would be beneficial however this is not essential.

About the role

Duties will include but are not limited to:

1. Answering telephone calls
2. Returning emails
3. Scheduling appointments
4. Taking payments
5. Investigating client queries
6. Monitoring inventory
7. Record keeping
8. Cashing up
9. Assisting Veterinary Surgeons and Veterinary Nurses

This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week. You will be working from 08:30am - 18:30pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays average 1:4 from 09:00am - 14:00pm.
