About the role | Mō te tūranga:

We are currently searching for a dedicated, enthusiastic and competent Laboratory Technician to work in our Christchurch laboratory. This is a permanent, part-time position of 16 hours per week.

To succeed in this role, you will need | Kia angitu, me whai koe i:

1. Medical or Veterinary experience in Biochemistry, Haematology and/or Microbiology would be desirable.
2. A Science qualification or in the process of completing your qualification.
3. Ability to communicate and work effectively within a laboratory.
4. Extremely well organised, detail-oriented, and friendly with a strong focus on quality and customer service.
5. Ability to work well under pressure whilst working within a team.
6. Ability to organise, prioritise and focus on daily work to meet turnaround times.
