THE ROLE

The role will focus on supporting the busy events management team by ensuring that the venue is efficiently prepared for each event by acting as the key liaison between internal and external stakeholders while streamlining administrative processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing administrative support to the event management team
  2. Assisting the Operations Manager with operational processes
  3. Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
  4. Coordinating the venue events diary
  5. Allocating internal resources to facilitate event delivery
  6. Ensuring that event spaces are prepared prior to event delivery
  7. Maintaining accurate reporting on all internal processes

THE CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate will be passionate about the events sector and looking to progress their career in events. You will be a confident communicator with excellent administration skills and high attention to detail. This is a full-time role with opportunities to work from home depending on the needs of the business.
