Venture Capital Associate - Healthcare

Our client is looking for an Associate to join their Venture Capital team. As part of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs and startups across various industries, focusing on early-stage investments and growing innovative businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Analysis: Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and market research on potential investment opportunities in tech, fintech, health tech, and other growth sectors.
• Deal Sourcing & Execution: Work on sourcing new investment opportunities and support all stages of the investment process from sourcing to closing.
• Portfolio Management: Assist in monitoring and managing the performance of portfolio companies. Help with strategic guidance and advising on operational improvements.
• Investor Relations: Support communication with current and potential investors, helping to prepare quarterly updates, reports, and presentations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-4 years in venture capital, private equity, management consulting, or investment banking with exposure to early-stage investments and technology.
• Education: A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field from a top-tier university (advanced degrees or MBAs are a plus).
• Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A deep interest in technology, startups, and innovation.
