Job Description:

Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented coordinator to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This hybrid role supports both third party management and financial partnerships, providing a unique opportunity to gain cross-functional experience in governance, regulatory compliance, third-party risk, and partner operations.

Working across two key teams, you’ll be responsible for coordinating vendor and financial partner onboarding, maintaining oversight of contracts and compliance, and supporting regular reporting and performance reviews. You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in compliance, finance/treasury, client solutions and legal, while helping to drive efficient processes and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Who We Are

We are transforming payments for global platforms and e-commerce businesses. As the world’s first payments curation platform, we simplify cross-border transactions by uniting best-in-class infrastructure into a seamless ecosystem, enabling businesses to scale and operate effortlessly across borders. Cross-border workforce payments are slow, expensive, and outdated. We can’t be. Businesses rely on us to pay their people accurately and on time - contractors, freelancers, and employees across the globe. When we say we’ll deliver, failure isn’t an option. If we don’t do what we said we would, people don’t get paid - not just a transaction delayed, but real workers left without wages. That means a developer in Argentina missing their paycheck, a freelancer in the Philippines unable to pay rent, or a contractor in Poland unable to get to work. No excuses. No passengers. No tolerance for politics or mediocrity.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Coordinating end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes for vendors and financial partners.
  • Managing the coordination and administration of outsourcing arrangements to ensure compliance with Navro's framework.
  • Maintaining accurate, up-to-date contract and agreement records, meticulously tracking renewals, expirations, and key obligations.
  • Monitoring third-party risk, covering areas like access controls, data security, and ongoing regulatory alignment.
  • Supporting regular vendor performance reviews through diligent tracking and reporting of key KPIs.
  • Assisting the Financial Partnerships team in cultivating and maintaining excellent relationships with key banking partners.
  • Supporting the creation and upkeep of presentations and other materials essential for driving growth with banking partners.
  • Assisting with monthly reporting and ensuring accurate logging of financial partner performance and agreement status.
  • Liaising effectively with internal Finance and Compliance teams for due diligence, documentation management, and audit readiness.
  • Actively contributing to process improvements and supporting the adoption of tools to enhance operational tracking and governance.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experienced Operator: 2+ years in vendor management, compliance, partnerships, or a related operations role, ideally within a dynamic environment like fintech or finance.
  • Governance Aware: Experience with contract tracking, governance frameworks, or third-party oversight is preferred. Familiarity with relevant regulations (CBI, GDPR, DORA) is a significant advantage.
  • Detail-Obsessed: Your superpower is meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in records, compliance checks, and reporting.
  • Process Improver: You have a knack for spotting inefficiencies and enjoy contributing to better, more streamlined operational workflows and tracking.
  • Collaborator Extraordinaire: You work seamlessly across different functions (Finance, Compliance, Partnerships) and levels, managing stakeholder communications effectively.
  • Clear Communicator: Excellent documentation and communication skills are essential for clarity and coordination.
  • Banking Navigator (Advantageous): An understanding of how to navigate relationships with Tier 1 Banks is beneficial.
  • Tool Proficient: Comfortable and skilled with standard business tools (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and ideally experienced with specific reporting or contract management systems.
