VEHICLE TELESALES EXECUTIVE
Location: Hinckley
Salary: £26,000 Basic - plus Uncapped Commission OTE £42,000+ (Current Top Billers are doing over £60,000 a year)
Hours: 5 days out of 7 on a shift pattern (always getting 1 weekend off and 1 Sunday off a month)

My client, a busy and ever-growing Car Supermarket, due to a massive increase in sales and enquiries, is looking for an experienced Telesales Executive for their contact Centre in Hinckley.

Responsibilities:
As the Telesales Executive, you will be making appointments for customers who have enquired and are interested in buying vehicles at one of their 8 dealerships located in the UK. Your role includes:

1. Being the first point of contact for customers enquiring about purchasing a new vehicle
2. Answering inbound/outbound sales query calls
3. Calling and following up on email enquiries on vehicles
4. Converting leads/vehicle enquiries into appointments at one of the dealerships
5. Delivering excellent customer service
6. Assisting the customer with cash or finance deals
7. Proposing finance options

Requirements:
· Ideally someone from the motor trade/automotive sales environment
· Target driven
· Hungry to earn and make lots of money
· Excellent Telephone and PC Skills
· Great listening skills
· Performance driven
· Good team ethic
· Vibrant, fun and energetic
· Passion for selling cars
