Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester

Starting salary between £29,000 - £37,500 per annum (DOE)
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 8:30am - 3:00pm.

We are a well-established family-owned Multi-Franchised dealership in Kempsey and currently looking to recruit a fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester for our busy Service Department.

As a Vehicle Technician, your main duties will include:

1. Carrying out fault diagnosis, service, and repair as instructed to the standards laid down by the manufacturer and dealership.
2. Ensuring faults are accurately diagnosed and reporting to the Workshop Controller as required on vehicle condition, safety, reliability, and performance.
3. Adhering to quality procedures relating to the function laid down by the dealership and manufacturer at all times.

For this role, you will need to be a qualified Vehicle Technician to NVQ Level 3 and have a current MOT License. You will ideally have at least two years' experience post-qualification within a franchise-approved automotive dealership. You will need to hold a driving license, be a committed individual, and a good team player. You must be able to produce a high quality of work in a busy franchise-approved dealer environment and be motivated to work towards targets set for your team.

Pay: £29,000.00 - £37,500.00 per year
