Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd are currently working with a well-known dealership within the automotive industry, currently looking for a vehicle technician in Reading.

We are offering a basic salary between £38,800 & £48,800 depending on skills and experience. This is based on a 42.5 hour working week, with Saturdays on a rota, and an additional over-performance bonus opportunity.

We are also offering a £1000 sign-on bonus in month 1 of employment and an additional £1,000 in month 13!

The packages we are offering are dependent upon experience and accreditation; however, you can expect packages as below:

1. Service and Maintenance Technicians' basics up to £38,800
2. Mercedes Benz systems technician Salary £41,800
3. Mercedes Benz Diagnostic Technician Salary £43,800

Your role as a Vehicle Technician is crucial in delivering an exceptional customer experience, built on trust and honesty. We are expanding our team and currently seeking skilled individuals who take pride in their work. You will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, and repairing vehicles to the highest standards. Your expertise across all aspects of the job will be essential, from straightforward servicing to complex repairs. Quality workmanship and achieving first-time fixes are core values that guide everything we do.

To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:

1. A relevant formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3
2. Current experience as a Vehicle Technician
3. MOT license preferred but not essential
4. Your own set of tools
5. A full UK driving licence
