Role: Vehicle Technician

Location: Plymouth

Employer: Automotive Company

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + No weekends + Bonus + Overtime = 1.5

Platinum Recruitment is working with an award-winning Automotive company. This is an opportunity for a Qualified Vehicle Technician to join their team of experienced Vehicle Technicians based in Plymouth.

Your responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician will include:

  1. Diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of light commercial vehicles.
  2. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  3. Utilise diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve complex issues.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers about vehicle issues and repair recommendations.

Vehicle Technician designed experience/qualifications:

  1. Level 2 NVQ/IMI in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair (Minimum)
  2. Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills
  3. Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  4. Excellent attention to detail
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Full UK driving license
