Job Description

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide variety of vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that our customers' vehicles run smoothly, safely, and efficiently, providing them with the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues across a range of vehicles.
2. Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks, and more.
3. Conduct inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and performance standards.
4. Use diagnostic tools to identify and solve complex issues efficiently.
5. Provide clear and professional communication with customers regarding their vehicle's needs.
6. Keep accurate records of services and repairs completed.
7. Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Vehicle Technician or Mechanic doing servicing, clutches, cambelts, etc.
2. Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues.
3. Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
4. A valid driver's license (preferably clean).
5. Attention to detail and a commitment to providing excellent service.
6. Ability to work both independently and within a team.
7. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
