Job Title: Vehicle Technician

Location: Croydon

Salary: A basic salary of £40,700 with on-target earnings of £46,000 and an uncapped bonus scheme.

Job Description: We're looking for a skilled Vehicle Technician / Mechanic to join a successful franchised dealership in Croydon. Experience Required:

1. Qualified to at least NVQ Level II in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent.
2. MOT Tester qualification preferred but not essential.
3. Proficient in the use of automotive diagnostic equipment.
4. A commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and a willingness to engage in ongoing learning.

Key Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician:

1. Perform routine maintenance and vehicle repairs.
2. Carry out vehicle health checks and pre-delivery inspections.
3. Warranty work.
4. Utilize diagnostic tools to accurately identify issues.
5. Work collaboratively to ensure high standards of customer service.
6. Participate in ongoing training, both in-house and externally as required.
